  • William A. Doyle

    Founder & Managing Partner

    Bill Doyle, Founder & Managing Partner, has over 40 years of business, high-tech, legal and merger & acquisitions experience. Prior to the formation of The Bridlebrook Group in 2003, he had a highly successful career, including roles as a General Counsel, a C-level corporate executive and CEO in both privately held and public companies. Bill started his career as designer and developer of operating system software for a major computer manufacturer. During his career, Bill has been involved in corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestures both as a lawyer and a businessman. He has also served on the boards of both public and private companies. His vast experience and knowledge uniquely position him as one the area’s recognized dealmakers in lower middle market business sales. Bill has his B.S. in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s University, an M.A. in Mathematics from Villanova University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law. Bill is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, International Business Brokers Association, the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

  • Jeff MacAdam

    Founder & Managing Partner

    Jeff MacAdam, Founder & Managing Partner, has dedicated virtually his entire professional career to being a business broker. He is passionate about helping his clients and treats every business he represents as if it were his own. Jeff is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (“IBBA”) and the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association. Jeff is also a Certified Business Intermediary (“CBI”), the highly-regarded designation of the IBBA. The CBI designation is the mark of professionalism, commitment, and expertise in the business brokerage industry, and is awarded to select intermediaries after the successful completion of extensive education and testing. Additionally, the IBBA recognized Jeff with the Chairman’s Circle Award for exceptional achievement in 2019 as part of its Member Excellence Awards Program. Jeff is a graduate of Drexel University and St. Joe’s Prep high school. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife and kids.
